Interactive ads have a special place in my heart. If I ever manage to somehow get into heaven, it will be filled with stuff I could stretch, touch, press, squeeze, break.. You get the point.
When the interaction is actually relevant to the message of the ad (unfortunately, not always the case), the ads becomes not just catchy but also about a million times more efficient than they would without an interaction. No one I know would be able resist scratching a life-size foot in the magazine. And if you ever end up scratching your own foot due to .. um .. an unpleasant occurrence .. you are very like to remember this particular magazine page.
