Artist Juliana Santacruz Herrera was fed up with Paris’ pothole problem. So, like any upstanding citizen, she did something about it.

Only in this case, instead of contacting her local representative, she took the matter into her own hands by knitting multi-colored plugs and filling in the crevices herself.
